We were actually escorted there by police because when we got off the bus, the sign on the over ramp said no pedestrians and it was right by the police station, so technically there is no way to get there by bus. Best to drive there.
The clerks at the water park were so kind and generous. One of them just happened to be leaving as we were leaving, so she gave us a ride back to the bus stop. The rides were fun and worth it for the trip there. Lots of fun.

Could use some people sweeping the place. Your in bare feet because your at a water park but because they don't sweep the cement there are a lot of small rocks that when you step on them they really hurt poor food service. Long line ups. One food window. An hour wait

Giving it an average rating for 2 reasons. No outside food allowed however 4 windows to order food and only 1 pickup window. Long wait for overpriced food. Also average because they close rides to operate others. Not enough staff to keep all rides open at once.

Our family really loved this day out. It was one of the highlights of the holiday. We went a bit off season so some of the rides were not open all the time but we went on most of the rides we wanted to. Good points... lots of great water rides for all ages, fab family rides, mild to extreme rides all good, new tubes for the rides, lockers central to park and near food and toilets, lots of lifeguards at kids area (although the whistles were a bit annoying...but effective). Not as good...concrete flooring very hot so wear wet shoes, lockers rather expensive, people left bags and towels on tables while around the park so others couldn’t use them for food ( I’d suggest more cheaper and bigger lockers and signs not to leave bags on tables). Could do much better..... at the Windjammer cafe. I thought the food was ok and ok price $9.99 for burger or hotdog or chicken tenders with chips, but the queue was ridiculous over lunch time. Needed more service windows open. We waited half a hour which is not fair as you are not allowed to bring in any food or drinks (bags checked on entry). BTW you could bring an empty bottle and fill it with water stations inside). Had lots of fun here but need more staff, especially at the food place.

The private Cabana ($180) provided shade however it is in need of repair and refurbishing. The Cabana area itself was not swept, the lounge chairs and table needed a wipe down and the blades on the ceiling fan were worn to the nubs. The cabana drapes need laundering and hemming.
Bring your own towels as it cost $20 to rent one. The ticket agent and ticket taker did not know if towels were included with the $180 cabana nor did they attempt to find out. We ended up going to Walmart across the freeway to buy 9 towels. Food and beverage is very pricey. Customer service needs to be reviewed with staffing. Some should not have any contact with customers. Clearly not all employees are friendly. BUT...
The kids LOVED it!!!
