Guest rooms are very small and dark. Doesn’t feel you are in Hawaii. Sales person said they give you those rooms to feel the pain so by the times they give you the tour for the village you crave for the village units snd buy. Really?????
Pillows are super uncomfortable we wake up with neck pain every day even my kids. Good thing the pool has a waterfall we use to relief it.
We ask to getter a room with some light it was like finding Nemo for them. Not sure if they were pretending because they didn’t want to change the room.
No maid service. Yuks! We are in Hawaii we need to rest but we couldn’t really.
Las request was a late check out from 10am to 11:30. Crystsl of course said no. They need 6 hours to prepare the tiny room. They keep saying they are completely booked but when you go to the website you find availability for any type of room starting today or any day. Sad that they do not try harder to make you happy. I don’t really feel like in Hawaii. We have been in Maui and Kauai and people seems to be more friendly and helpful. Hyatt and Hilton was always making our life easier. We are now starting our vacation moving to a Hilton. Thanks Marriott customer service!
