Acadia Inn is only a few minute drive into Bar Harbor and a few minutes from the entrance to Acadia National Park. Amenities are up-to-date and clean. Walter at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in making recommendations for restaurants. The staff was very nice. The outdoor pool was even open in September although no one was using it because it was not warm enough.

Very clean, very attentive. Loved the whoopie pie at check-in! You can access Acadia on foot from the parking lot— what a bonus! Breakfast was a nice spread, given COVID precautions. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was an affordable place with nice sized rooms, a continental breakfast and a decent location, but our beds badly needed to be replaced. They pretty much collapsed when you sat on them and were very uncomfortable.

Well, this hotel was reasonably priced and Covid ready. Good to see how many adjustments they have made. The pool was open and the trail to Acadia is right outside by the lobster in the children's play yard. We enjoyed getting two free whoopee pies as we entered. It was also a great short walk to downtown. Nothing really bad to say here at all.

Checked in late on a mid-October Thursday night. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. The inn was cute and quaint and clean. Some fun lawn games equipment in the backyard and a great photo op with the lobster statue there. We wish we could have stayed two nights instead of just one, but I guess we'll have to go back some day! Getting to Cadillac Mountain for the sunrise was an easy drive (~10 mins?) there and back with plenty of time to enjoy breakfast before checking out.
