Sure, you can nitpick, but i'd rather stay here than in some antiseptic, cookie cutter hotel. The Sherry and cookies in the late afternoon was a nice touch. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My fiance and I spent a week here. The room was amazing, the staff was so terribly friendly, and the service was top notch. They went the extra mile for us every day, and any time we asked for anything, they rushed to get it for us.

I've never stayed at a hotel with a concierge before, and when we were downstairs in the lobby looking for a cab to the airport on the last night, I decided I would never stay at a hotel without one again. They went above and beyond in every respect.

Next time we head to San Francisco, we will be back at the Queen Anne!

This cute Victorian Hotel is very nice, clean and the service is the best thing. All the guys at the counter where very nice and always helpfull. The breakfast has plenty of things to choose from, eventhough if you stay many days it will always be the same.

Room Tip: The elevator is old and noisy so ask for rooms that are not nearby.

We were supposed to stay there our entire stay and ended up staying one night - we teuly regret we didn't stay four nights, it was the best hotel of our San Francisco stay!

This historical property is amazing. It is truly a living part of the history - so if you are not the kind of person who appreciates that - Stay away.

We had a lovely room, truly unique, spacious, lots of furniture, a lovely fireplace, and a hot shower. We loved it.

They offer a lovely tea and coffee setup all day long, an AMAZING continental breakfast, and a delightful sherry and cookies inthe afternoon. The staff is courteous, friendly, and truly there to help you.

Highly recommended!

Victorian parlor is a delightful place to curl up and read with comfortable, cozy seating and two fireplaces. Afternoon sherry and cookies in the parlor is lovely. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. There is a nice Whole Foods a few blocks away. if you like to walk and don't mind hills, the location is ideal. We have stayed here a couple of times and look forward to returning.

Room Tip: Standard room is a little small. Deluxe room is better for two people.

Spent three days at the Queen Anne while attending my nephew's wedding. The staff went out of their way to be helpful - William made us laugh when he called a cab for us and announced we had the special cab, the NCIS special! The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast tasty and plentiful. I didn't try the sherry in the afternoon, but others in our group said it was delightful. Yes, I'd definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the over the top grandiosity of the Queen Anne. Awful breakfasts, the rooms were good to OK but somehow we managed to really like the place. A little off the beaten track it was easy walking to public transport. Front staff varied from fun and engaging to the dim and difficult.
