Small place, only 8 tables. It was full by the time I left. Very good food. I had the veggie biryani, the saag paneer and the Kabuli nan, all awesome. The saag paneer was one of the best I had, and I almost always order it in Indian restaurants. Decent prices for San Francisco. Spacious and clean toilet. Avoid sitting at the table across from the kitchen.

On a chilly May evening this restaurant provided a nice selection of well-prepared Indian dishes for a family dinner at a reasonable price. The tandoori salmon special was particularly good. The room is small but much less noisy than many restaurants in the vicinity.

Excellent, tasty, and affordable food. They offer tasty free masala tea as well. Run by a
warm Nepali family.

This may be the best Indian food you will ever find! The service was prompt and courteous and the prices are very reasonable.

One of the rare times the Tripadvisor reviewers got it wrong. Having had amazing Indian food in India and in the UK, I have been extremely lucky to have had the best. This isn't it. The two stars is because the delivery service worked fine. 55 minutes from time of order to delivery when they guaranteed 45-60 minutes. But the food. Kashmiry lamb curry, chicken tikka masala and palak paneer were completely tasteless. The lamb dish contained four pieces of lamb in a red non-descript sauce which didn't taste of anything really. The chicken tikka masala could have been confused for korma and contained three large overdone pieces of chicken (breast, I'd guess). The palak paneer which is usually a flavorful dish in most Indian restaurants looked the part, but tasted like a steakhouse creamed spinach.

All for $38. I can't cook but could probably have done just as well as these guys.
