A wonder hotel choice for San Francisco. On the journey to the hotel, our driver asked us why we chose this hotel cause it was far out of the tourist areas. This started to worry us because he made it sound a long way out. But when we arrived, the bellman was telling us about the area and asked us what we were going to do. He instructed us that we should get a bus pass for our stay and it was the best thing we got for our holiday. But the neighbourhood was very extravagant and beautiful.
The rooms were amazing, we stayed in a two bed suite, so we had two beds, two baths and a living room. The beds were comfy. Whilst I have a chance, got to rave about the sound machines to help you sleep that are on the bed side table, they were very peacy and we had to buy one.
The staff were very friendly and eager to help with any requests. The continental breakfast could not be faulted, it was lovely and we stuffed ourselves full.
The only small down side was the squeaky floor boards, but that was understandable due to the age of the hotel. Overalls wonderful hotel that was clean, welcoming and a good stay.More
