Really disappointing experience at SF Hilton Financial District. Rundown facility, ambivalent staff, no Wifi in certain rooms. Ridiculously overprice parking. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel if you have other choices. It does not live up to the Hilton brand or standards for the chain.

Though we optimistically look forward to our remodel, our staff pride's itself on offering friendly, professional service for all guests. Our parking prices are competitively set and listed on our website, Honors app and we ensure our online partners display accurate pricing. Although you did not find our property to your liking, we hope that you will consider one of the other Hilton family brands for your next trip.

worn out hotel, bad rooms, carpet smells, would never stay again. The staff are indifferent to your request, don't answer you... they are so booked because of the business from companies and location so they really don't care how your stay would be.

All was going well,Great check in . Staff excellent,.Room had a great view of the bay ,the room itself good do with a touch of TLC.
The thing is and this might be a British thing but I am a diamond member and at breakfast I was informed I could only eat from the left hand side of the buffet and if I wanted to add a sausage it would cost an additional 10 dollars,so far from feeling wanted by the hilton brand I found the whole experience embarrassing.,further more the executive lounge was not open for drinks as told at check in,I later found out at the weekend you have to ask for a voucher at reception-again embarrasing reception-again is it a British Thing?

Located on the edge of Chinatown and North Beach, this is a great location for exploring the area. We even walked to the San Francisco Museum of Asian Art from here after the concierge kindly advised us how to avoid the Tenderloin Area where all the homeless seem to congregate. Pity that San Francisco has become such a dirty city. Anyway, the concierge and bell staff could not have been more helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that we paid extra for the club floor and the Executive Lounge is quite small. Still, we got free breakfast there and a glass of wine in the evenings.

A couple of days lay-over before heading to S E Asia and this hotel has a good location in the ever changing San Francisco. Stayed on the Club Floor, which is on the 26th floor so some good views of the city. The Club Lounge, like many of Hilton's lounges, is too small and and certainly does not need 4 TVs constantly spewing out inane news reports! One would be sufficient! Staff super efficient as usual, and the Concierge and his baggage crew were great.
