The hotel was dirty in general. Stairs and hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in a couple of weeks. The breakfast area was clean though, thankfully. Our room was not clean and our sheets were not clean when we got there. On the floor of our room you could feel sand on the floor when you walked and there were a few hairs in the bathtub. The staff was friendly and when I asked them to change the sheets they did so promptly and with a genuine smile and apology. The bed was comfortable and it would be a really nice place to stay at a great price if it was given a little TLC.

As part of a 21 day road trip we had to spend 3 nights in Moab. Having spent big money on some specialist hotels we went to the lower end of the market for our Moab stay and chose Super 8. I have never seen such a chaotic and aggressively unfriendly front desk. Towels were tatty. Breakfast poor. The three staff at breakfast stood in the corner resembled a scene from a Victorian poor house. All three were stood up. One guy was asleep and the other two looked down at the floor in a miserable fashion. There were no irons to be had in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in in the USA. The Super 8 is on the edge of town. It would be much better to spend a little more and stay in the centre. Vending machines were out of order

Room Tip: Stay elsewhere

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. Overall our room was clean and quite big with 2 beds, fridge and aircon. It has a small pool and whirlpool which catches the sun in the pm. It’s too hot before then.
I agree with other reviewers that the towels are thin and cheap, the breakfast, which is included, is monotonous but quite eatable.
BUT I have been waiting for 2 days for an iron. I have found an ironing board but no one can find an iron! I find it amazing that each room ha a huge hi tech tv but there isn’t an iron to be found! Whilst waiting at reception today a French lady was saying that neither her’s nor her friends’ rooms had been cleaned so she was picking up towels, loo roll, shampoo etc. Another lady had just checked in and on opening the room door found it was already occupied. The staff on at breakfast yesterday could hardly keep awake and were yawning away.
Next time we will stay nearer to the centre of Moab with its many bars and restaurants as this hotel is on the outskirts.

Room Tip: If staying, get a room upstairs as the noise of people walking above is quite loud

Suite room should be bigger, room was small for a suite room. Breakfast should have more choices like eggs, sausages and good fruits.Towels are old. the toilet should have locked. Location is just 5 mins drive to Arches National Park.

for the lower price than other hotels around, this was a surprisingly better Super 8. The rooms seemed renovated with new furniture, new wood like flooring(no carpet is a big plus). The breakfast had enough items, even for a vegetarian like myself. Another big plus is that it is one of the closer hotels to the Arches Park entrance. (~3.5 miles)
Few things I could complain about - grumpy check-in employee, no elevator for the 2nd floor(so you need to carry any heavy luggage you have), the corridor carpet seemed old.

Room Tip: ask for the 1st floor so you do not have to carry luggage to the upper floor
