Spent three wonderful nights in the Lodge. It was off season and the prices were unbeatable. Brought the dog children and they were as comfortable as we were. Lots of places to walk near the river, but pets must be on leash - no fenced areas for running off leash (which would have been a real plus for our active dogs). The view is unbeatable. Be aware that there is only a small refrigerator and a microwave in the kitchen -- no open flames allowed anywhere on the property (no tail-gating or barbecuing on the deck), but understandable when you see the beautiful wooden lodge and the wood interior in the rooms. Be sure to ask the front desk for any changes to restaurant hours or menu choices. Our rooms were super clean, and the overall service was impeccable. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone for a real 'get-away'.

Room tip: Make early reservations for the limited number of pet friendly rooms. Ask for a room with a patio view of the Colorado River.

Amazing place to stay in a magical city. Moab is an outdoor mecca and Red Cliffs Lodge embodies Moab. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins which sit right on the Colorado River. Just across the river bank is a sheer cliff face of red rock. The food was decent and they had an outdoor cookout one day. The cabin was very clean and fit our needs perfectly.

Room tip: Spring for the cabin

I've stayed here several times over the last 5 years and it gets better every time! I come in the off-season when the prices are reasonable and the weather isn't too hot. It's a great location and worth the extra drive and $ in my opinion. Every time I come I wish I can stay longer.

We only spent one night here in early Feb but we wished we'd been able to stay longer. The lodge is amazing and about 30 minutes out of the Moab city centre. The room was spacious and came with a kitchen area and couch. The view out of the room was beautiful. The restaurant was just as great! The food was delicious and the wait staff were extremely helpful and great with my allergies. We definitely plan on visiting again, hopefully in the summer so we're able to do some of the summer activities and visit the winery.

Red Cliffs Lodge met all of our expectations and more for our four day stay while exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The idyllic setting on the bank of the Colorado River evoked images of old John Wayne western movies. The staff was exceptional, welcomed us as family and seemed genuinely happy that the new season was beginning. The riverside king suites were wonderful with a private patio opening to the river beyond. Breakfasts were wonderful as were both dinners we had there. Fortunate that the dining room opened earlier than expected for the season. This time of year was quiet, peaceful, inexpensive and the weather gorgeous (60 and sunny) for hiking, 4x4ing and sightseeing! Look forward to going back when the pool and stables are open!
