We just returned home from our 2nd stay at the Beaufort House Inn. What a delightful experience! From the elegant, gourmet breakfasts to the fresh flowers everywhere in the Inn, we couldn't have had a better experience. Chris, Jim and the staff try to make your every wish fulfilled. I spent a lot of time in the gardens and found them a delight. I hope we can return soon!

Location of this bed and breakfast is perfect for walking into down town. A quick drive can get you anywhere else you want to go. The inn itself is beautiful, the bedrooms are charming and everything is immaculate. I loved the smell and softness of the sheets and towels. Chris and Jim do such a great job you will leave thinking about how soon you can return.

We chose to stay at the Beaufort House Inn for our first ever trip to Asheville and it exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful historic house. Chris and Jim made us feel right at home and their excellent staff was friendly, informative, and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and artfully furnished. The 2 person jacuzzi tub was a nice addition !! We looked forward to wine hour each afternoon on the inviting front porch and really enjoyed conversing with the other guests from all over the country. The breakfasts were awesome and we had a great time exploring Asheville and the surrounding countryside. So much to do ! So glad we did not stay in a hotel. The BHI helped make this a memorable trip for us and we can't wait to go back. John and Bertille

Room Tip: We stayed in the Arbor Room on main floor and had a private entrance and private porch. All the room...

We chose to stay at the Beaufort House during our trip to Asheville based on all of the great reviews and because they offered a military discount. It was my first time staying at a B&B and I was not sure what to expect. I have to say that our experience was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the hosts were welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests, which is something that normally doesn't happen when you stay at a hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better bed and breakfast experience! Make sure you check out the hammock and swing under the gorgeous tree in the yard!

Room Tip: The rooms in the house appeared to have larger bathrooms than the Carriage House rooms.

We stayed at the Beaufort house for our honeymoon. The owners/innkeeps treated us like we were family. The owners and staff were very hospitable. The ammenities that the house offered, were more than we could have imagined. They had wine at night, coffee, tea, hot chocolate any time. The breakfasts were gourmet style, but had a touch of home cooking. All in all the stay was amazing and we look forward to coming back. Thank you Chris and Jim.

Room Tip: Cottages are a must!

We have been to many B & B's and the Beaufort House is just the best!! Chris and Jim have created a perfect blend of a very friendly, casual , 'homey' atmosphere with elegance, professionalism and a remarkable attention to detail! The house itself is just beautiful ! Each room has such character and is artfully decorated. The lawn and gardens are equally spectacular...with little areas to appreciate! The breakfasts are amazing! Absolutely delicious...and we weren't hungry again until it was time for their nice 'Happy Hour' late in the afternoon! Most of all, Chris and Jim and thier staff were just wonderful...so friendly, helpful and truly glad to see you and share their love of Asheville!! We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely B& B to all!! Caroland Joe

A wonderfull experience. The rooms were very nice, atmosphere friendly, and the breakfasts wre dreams. White wine on the veranda before exploring the many restaurants of Asheville.
All in all the best stay of our trip to Georgia/ North and South Carolinas.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Dogwood Cottage. It is recommended
