The hotel is located near the Prudential Center and walking distances to many restaurants, shops, and train stations. We found it to be very convenient. The lobby was decorated nicely and the staff was helpful. Because the building is triangular, it was easy for me to get a bit disoriented, but eventually got use to it. No complementary coffee or breakfast provided.

Our room was clean and nice, but it was dark, even with all the lights on. The beds were a little small. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave and cost $15/day to rent. The elevators are slow and loud...we could hear them running from our room even though our room was around the corner from them. Overall, the hotel served our purpose and we enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: I recommend a room away from the elevators.

Wonderful hotel for most part. Tastefully decorated / renovated rooms, comfortable bed. Location is very good for exploring Boston.

The service was attentive everywhere and especially from front desk Ms. Chun. She always smiles, always ready to help - the best.

The hotel has nice views onto Charles river when booking rooms with 03-05 numbers.

Diamond lounge was nice - although we would love to have more berries for breakfast.

They do also have a pool.

The only thing, I wish would be better - less expensive - parking at $48 is just too much (and no - it has no valet for such price).

We do still recommend it.

This has been our go to hotel for years due to its great location and comfortable amenities. Easy on site parking is fantastic. Many rooms are oversized or at least more generously sized that typical rooms. Starbucks in lobby. We have stayed here as a couple, family, and womens weekends. Great for all!

We stayed here for three nights in June on a city break. The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing, having a stop for the trolley bus tour across the road. The exec lounge (or Diamond lounge, as they call it) isn’t as good as in other Hilton’s we have experienced. It’s not that large and the breakfast which is served In here, complimentary to diamond members is fairly basic, and you can struggle to get somewhere to sit. NB - there is no longer a Starbucks in the lobby, although this is still listed on the hotel website.

I stayed at the Hilton Back Bay for 4 nights. It’s centrally located a block away from Boylston St, the Prudential Center and in between 2 subway stations. You can get from and to the airport on the Logan Express which is a bus that stops outside all the terminals at Logan Airport. It’s $10 pp and you take the one that says “Back Bay”. It stops right outside Haynes Convention Center which is a 3 minutes walk from the Hilton.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and you get 4 pillows per bed. The bathroom has Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The big round mirror is a bit too bright but you just have to look to the mirror, not the light.
The front desk staff is friendly and courteous with the exception of one guy that works in the mornings to mid afternoon (forgot the name).
Seemed unhappy and gave the impression he doesn’t like his job.
The hotel was renovated fairly recent so all the rooms look modern same with the lobby and common areas. There is a nice bakery across from the hotel (Flour) where you can get breakfast/lunch.
