We were in town for the Marathon and the Hyatt did it up right! Spacious modern room, great location, great staff and lots of special touches for race weekend!

I attended a conference for work here and the hotel staff is stellar! I enjoyed the meals they prepared as well as the cozy rooms and the hotel location. 10/10! The overnight breakfast oats are divine. The manager even shared the recipe with me. I would highly recommend staying here.

I recently visited Boston for the first time. It was a family trip with two of our kids. This was the best experience of any Hyatt hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was amazing and close to a lot of things we had planned to see and do. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the property and rooms were very clean and the views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location with an easy walk to restaurants, sightseeing, and public transportation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The building itself felt a little dark and our room was in need of some repairs (crooked nightstand on one bed and the soap holder in the shower was falling off). Overall I would stay here again because of the location and friendliness.

The hotel stay was great and the service was awesome. There was a young lady at the front desk, her name was Sarah Phan. She went above and beyond to help me and my family. She was very hospitable. I would recommend this hotel . And look for Sarah.
