The Hyatt Regency performs well within a very competitive market. It provides a standard of accommodation and service, beyond that expected in the UK. Rooms are big, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are friendly and efficient, the concierge being especially helpful. Its location places most of Boston's rich heritage within walking distance and the subway is just round the corner. Overall a great place to stay !

Great hotel; the restaurant at the hotel was sub-par with poor service and mix ups on drink orders and average dishes.

Our family is heading out on an international flight at 7am and needed a place to lay our heads in order to make the flight. This could not be closer to Logan! It’s a great location and service has been over the top to ensure we are comfortable and arrive on time in a stress free way. The room is decently sized and beds are super comfortable. Could not beat the view of Boston as well. It’s quiet so I’m sure we’re going to sleep well before our 3:00am wake up call!!

This was a vacation trip and the hotel was perfect. It was in a great location and staff was available to meet your needs.

Great location just off Washington St and behind Boston Common.
We had booked a twin room and it was a really good size, with 2 queen beds and lots of space to move around.
Staff were friendly and helpful (although did not seem familiar with local eateries when we asked for recommendations!).
