Da Vinci is an Italian restaurant, true to its name, but the chefl has added a creative Indian twist to some of the traditional dishes. We shared a mozarella burrata as a started, and had two pasta dishes as main dishes. Everything was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Both the manager, the chef and the proprietor came to our table, exchanged warm words and gave us the feeling that they really cared. The restaurant is spacious and pleasant. Truthfully, we got to the restaurant by mistake, but we weren't sorry. Da Vinci is a pricy restaurant, so I wouldn't recommend it for a family outing, but if you want to have a good dinner with friends or a romantic dinner with a special friend, definitely.

We were a little skeptical about an Indian-Italian fusion restaurant but were extremely happy that we put those fears aside and went for the tasting menu - with wine pairing.

Everything exceeded expectations in terms of variety, quality, quantity and service. Highly recommended.

First night in Boston and we trusted so many good reviews, but honestly far beyond our expectations... While the service was warm and the chef personally came to our table at the end of the dinner, the food itself was not good. Arancini as appetiser were okish.. but my t-bone steak was overcooked, almost seemed left in the oven for hours and tasteless (how can you mess with a steak???). My wife's rigatoni also lukewarm and very bad. So many better restaurant to go in Boston.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The creme brulee was delicious. One member of our party has food allergies and the chef came to our table, met with her, and prepared her a special dish. The service was impressive.

The menu lights up! Good thing because the place is quite dark. Very atmospheric. The appetizers are excellent -- especially the arrancini. The main course menu has some unusual items like the indian style ravioli (excellent). The service is exactly what you expect at one of Boston's very best restaurants. And the prices are more or less what you expect at Boston's best - -not overpriced. Very much recommended.
