Stayed here only one night - post cruise and our flight home wasn't until next morning!
We arrived at the hotel very early, around 9am and although our room wasn't ready they checked us in and took our luggage which allowed us to go somewhere for breakfast and wander the shops until they were. Hotel called me a couple of hours later and we got our room. The rooms itself was large and very comfortable. Great big comfy bed and free wifi!
It's a good location too, only a few minutes walk to the city centre and main parts of Boston. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional! Highly recommended!

My wife, son, and I were excited to come to the waterfront for a friend's evening wedding. Check-in was normally around 3, but we were assured when making the reservation an early check-in to shower and get ready would not be a problem. However, when we arrived we were told this would not be the case and were made to feel as if this were somehow our fault. No accommodations could be made to help us settle in to feed our son, and no apologies were offered to help atone for the mistake. When the room was finally ready the front desk attempted to call my wife but had the wrong number recorded. Again, we were made to feel as though this was our fault.
Other than our front desk experience the staff were wonderful. The bellhops were friendly and conversational, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we had a nice crib already in the room for our young son.

Thank you for your review. We do apologize in regards to the confusion at check-in. We always try to accommodate early check in requests before 3:00 PM. I will make sure to pass along your review to our front desk as this is not your typical experience at the Battery Wharf Hotel. If you can share further information with me please email me at contactus@batterywharfhotel.com

We hope to have you back to the hotel soon.

The hotel is well located at the North End of Boston and while its not in Central Boston we chose this hotel as we are Leaders Club members.
Check in was friendly and helpful and we were offered a suite upgrade from our booked water view room. We elected to stay with the water view.
The first impression on taking residence wasn’t great. Desk lamp wasn’t working and Corner lamp wasn’t even plugged in. The safe wasn’t accepting our code and accessing the free wifi was difficult. The room lacked amenities, having the basic soaps and shampoos.
The Leaders Club Lounge was not manned throughout the advertised times and we were made to have breakfast in the restaurant, costing us $50 for what should have been a complimentary continental breakfast in the lounge.
Evening snacks and drinks were to be available in the lounge as well, and on arrival the lounge was unattended with only a glass of wine remaining in the last remaining opened bottle of red wine. A call was made to alert the hotel that we were there and an attendant finally arrived without wine and suggested we could drink the beer that was available. As we preferred wine we declined and left without availing ourselves to the lounge privileges.
Concierge, check out and porter services were as expected.
Probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel in future.

A peaceful setting in the heart of Boston. Located in the North End with all the great Italian restaurants on the doorstep. Rooms with a harbour view can enjoy the fabulous Waterfront sights right on the edge of the water. A rather disappointing breakfast.

I can't say enough about my stay at your lovely hotel. Everything was perfect and that's very unusual in this day and age. Hotel room...loved it! Staff was the best all around, friendly and professional service! Restaurant food and service was excellent! I will most definitely recommend and will stay at the Battery Waterfront Wharf Hotel on my next visit to our beautiful town.
