We had a family trip to Boston (with young children), landing on Easter morning. To try to ensure our kids didn't miss the Easter experience we pre-coordinated over e-mail with Peter at the front desk for us to ship Easter eggs to the hotel in advance of our stay. He treated us like special guests, offering to hide the eggs throughout the room. When we arrived and checked in, Peter played the part and acted like he had never met or talked with us before. We got up to the room and the kids were so excited to see the Easter Bunny hadn't forgotten them! Peter and his other co-workers made this such a special experience for us all! Thank you, we'll certainly be back to stay during our next trip to Boston.
