“Great informative tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 March 2012

Myself and my friend took the super tours including upper deck trolley tours and super duck tours on a recent trip to Boston. We took the combo ticket which cost about $42 dollars and was validated for 5 days so you could hop on and off each day, The Duck toupr consisted of about 45 mins going about the harbour with the tour guides telling us about the various sights and the history. The Upper deck trolley tour part took us all around the centre of boston and you could then get off and onto another tour which took you around harvard/Cambridge area. The tour guide Steve was lovely and had really interesting information about each of the areas.

The only con was that we were only going to be around for the one day and there was no option for a one day tour at a reduced price, only option was a five day ticket which we were not going to be able to use.

All in all a very good experience that i would highly recommend.

“Had such a great day with family!”

I have to say that if you are in the Boston area, you definetly need to take this tour! We all had such a great time and the information that we took from tour was great. The kids actually got a whistle on one of the trivia questions at the end of the tour......they were all excited and actually said "let's do again in the summer!!" I'm we will be. :)

“Awesome experience”

It is our first time to Boston and we absolutely loved it. The Duck tour is both exciting and educational. The tour guides are funny and very knowledgeable on the history of Boston. Not only they will tell you about the must see historic sites, but also recommend places to go to eat.

“Pat O. is the Best Driver!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2012

If you do a trolley tour in Boston, be sure to choose Super Duck. Their buses are three feet higher than the others, and the top is all windows -- a much better view than the other lines. I've taken these tours before -- be sure to try to get Pat O. He has a wonderful voice (the Irish accent helps, and it's not fake) and relates the history in a dramatic (and sometimes funny) way. You don't just get the usual sights but all kinds of fun facts (the Molasses flood, Paul Revere's buddy was the town drunk) plus best bars and restaurants. Also, the $38 fare sounds like a lot but it's good for three days on and off the trolley which is a great way to get around Boston, and includes some other freebies as well.

“This was a really fun and informative tour!”

I think that this was a great way to see the city from a different angle. The kids really liked that it was driving on the land and then plunged into the water. Captain Tim made to exciting by giving us a big splash into the water. He was very informative and had a great sense of humor. He was assisted by his first mate Delilah and she was a delight! She seemed to totally love her job. We got to spend a little bit of time at the depot waiting for the boat and the man working there was so funny. We were there with friends of ours from NY and they were joking how we might have to do an evacuation because of their "team preferences"...LOL I would recommend this tour to anyone! Put it on your itinerary and enjoy!
