Spent majority of time waiting for shuttle that was supposed to run every 15-20 min that ran about 35 minutes. No wonder they offer 3 days; because they can't even manage to get you around in two days. The 2nd day, we only saw two attractions ALL DAY!! We started at Paul Revere's house on the North End (because it is closed Mondays) and then wanted to go directly to Harvard Square to pick up where we left off. Once we got there, which took the rest of the day, we didn't even have time to get off the bus. If we had, we were on our own to get back to Boston. They need to have a bus to take you where you left off to start your day instead of backtracking where you have already been. They are not capable of getting you around efficiently. We never used 1 ticket to see a museum that was included because we spent the time riding around and around and waiting way too long in between stops. I would never go on that trolley again. We have went on others that were much better. To get to the museum at Harvard, it is a 50 min round walking trip and the last bus comes at 3:30!!! It appears they use the museum tickets as a sales pitch knowing that you won't have time to use then they only have to pay the museums for the ones that are used.

We enjoyed the bus tour. It was $38 for an adult. Seems a little pricey but if you are going to be around and take advantage of the bus system it is totally worth it. We rode almost the whole route and then picked our areas to get on/off. The drivers are fun and the ride is very informative. Included in the value is: 1) Boston Tour 2) Cambridge Tour 3) MIT Museum Tour 4)Splash Tour 5)Harvard Museum of Natural History 6)Old South Meeting House Tour 7)Harvard Yard Walking Tour (by season). All activities are available for 3 days. Boston and Cambridge Tours are unlimited, hop on-hop off. The other tours are a one-time use. We did both Boston and Cambridge Tours. We went to the Old South Meeting House while walking the Freedom Trail. It was a decent stop; entertaining and self-paced. Highly recommend the buses and would recommend to do early in order to get the most out of your money.

The crew for our trip was Capt. Tom, Mate Delilah, and Oasis Bob. This duck tour of the Boston harbor was loads of fun and very entertaining/informative. The personality and life experiences of this crew made this a ride to remember!

Highly recommended to anyone. I believe this tour is exclusive to the Upper Deck Trolly Tours (green and yellow high-rise buses)

He was fantastic. The other drivers were brilliant too and all gave a few personal stories!!! Just bare in mind tho if ur swapping bus to go to Harvard in Cambridge the last bus up there leaves at 3 so just get there in time!!! Would recommend this tour to anyone!!!
