Spent majority of time waiting for shuttle that was supposed to run every 15-20 min that ran about 35 minutes. No wonder they offer 3 days; because they can't even manage to get you around in two days. The 2nd day, we only saw two attractions ALL DAY!! We started at Paul Revere's house on the North End (because it is closed Mondays) and then wanted to go directly to Harvard Square to pick up where we left off. Once we got there, which took the rest of the day, we didn't even have time to get off the bus. If we had, we were on our own to get back to Boston. They need to have a bus to take you where you left off to start your day instead of backtracking where you have already been. They are not capable of getting you around efficiently. We never used 1 ticket to see a museum that was included because we spent the time riding around and around and waiting way too long in between stops. I would never go on that trolley again. We have went on others that were much better. To get to the museum at Harvard, it is a 50 min round walking trip and the last bus comes at 3:30!!! It appears they use the museum tickets as a sales pitch knowing that you won't have time to use then they only have to pay the museums for the ones that are used.
