Since the Four Seasons overbooked and we were on the bottom of the priority totem pole, we got kicked to the curb and sent to the Ritz-Carlton......I know, of all the problems in the world, I complaining about this petty crap. Wow.....what an upgrade. Service, as expected, was top rate, great amenities, and nice/modern rooms. Best of all was location. Near Downtown Crossing: touristy but great shopping, next to Chinatown: best food at the cheapest prices, and close to a orange line T-stop so I could get to the South End, my old neighborhood when I lived in Boston.
