“Good vibe”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 April 2012

Oysters are fresh and plump. Good vibe. Very crowded tables very close together if you are a party of 6 or larger it can be tight. Our waiter was very attentive. Worth a visit if you are in town.

“Just average for us”

We had a nice dinner, but nothing outstanding. Service was good. Clam chowder and crab dip were delicious. Lobster pasta was lacking in flavor.

“Always outstanding!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 April 2012

We have dined at Atlantic Fish Company about four times now. The food is always consistently very, very good. I must admit that I travel all the way to Boston and have to get the Lobster every time- it is always perfectly cooked, served with drawn butter and they even completely remove it from the shell and plate it so nicely. I have tasted the Sea Bass, the Oysters Rockefeller, Calamari Milano, and the Swordfish, all were very flavorful with interesting preparations. Ahhhh, the dessert! The peppermint ice cream pie, the creme brulee and the chocolate cake- scrumptious, amazing, outstanding! In the past they had some kind of banana bread pudding which was off the hook amazing. The service is friendly and very efficient. The courses flow perfectly every time. The restaurant is always packed, a little noisy, very easy to feel that you are too close to other diners, but all in all a great experience.

“Fun, tasty, and lively”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2012

We were surprised at how hard it was to get a seat here on a Monday night, but were able to nab two spots at the bar when a couple left. We enjoyed some wine with the delicious crab-artichoke dip, served in a bread bowl. The service was great- the bartender addressed us by name and was very attentive despite the crowd. We had a good view of the Red Sox game and a great time. It was a bit expensive considering we only had one drink each and shared a snack- but it was worth it and we'd go back.

“Let me set your expectations properly”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2012

So I had huge expectations based on the reviews and wouldnt say that I was disappointed per se as it was a nice meal in a nice restaurant with pleasant service- but not mind altering, exceptionally delicious as people have indicated it to be. I was actually so disapointed in my Lobster and pasta that I had to ask where the lobster was. (All I could see was one tiny morsel on a huge plate of underwhelming pasta) The waitress was awesome and showed up a few minutes later with a lobster tail. This made the entire experience that much better. Not really romantic or authentic. The clam chowder was boring. Safe choice to bring clients, friends, family gathering. Other then that not much to write home about
