We had an intersting experience - at first we were shown to our booth, due to the amount of space we needed, we asked for a table instead. The resonse was "there might not be a server assigned to that table"...the hostess then showed us to two different tables as it was apparently a serious issue to be at the right table rather than moving the servers assignment. Once seated, we discovered dirty silverware with caked on bits of food etc. It was a real turn off.
It was not crowded when we arrived - it was just before lunch - but service was slow. We ordered our lunches after purusing the obsurdly large menu. The food arrived and tasted good. I had the cuban sandwhich with fries. The fries were perfect and the sandwich was very good.
All in all, I wouldn't rush back here - but I wouldn't be opposed to eating there again.
