The baked haddock with potatoes and green beans was excellent! My wife had cajun salmon tacos, which she loved. Service was great!

We stopped in after seeing some sight on the freedom trail. It was a hot day and we were happy to sit, cool off, have some local cider and good food. It was fun reading about all the history associated with the tavern. Staff was friendly and the vibe was nice and relaxing.

My daughter and I stopped in at The Warren Tavern on a recent trip to Boston. We hit it at lunch at the height of the summer tourist season. We were pleasantly surprised to get a seat w/out waiting. Very comfortable, local staff and great food. Nothing special unless you're overwhelmed by history, then it's awesome. I had a chicken sandwich and side salad, both very good and the salad was portioned nicely. Looked like a good spot for afternoon beers too but we had to much Freedom Trail in front of us. Good stop if you're in Charlestown or Bunker Hill

This place has a lot of history. Apparently Paul Revere was a regular and George Washington called in for one. We enjoyed a couple of beers. Food looked good but we'd already eaten so didn't partake. Worth a visit en route to Bunker (Breeds) Hill
