I had the greatest time in Boston and part of it was my stay at the hostel. All the staff were great, they gave me wonderful suggestion of places to go and things to do. The fact that they had a 24h front desk been a hostel is a plus for me. Also, at the end of my trip they changed my room free of cost and with no problem. Super accommodating! Thanks to the girls who went above and beyond (Valerie and Ashley) and of course their super Bostonian GM (Sean). Take care guys!
This place was amazing! I only spent 1 night but it was enough to know I'll definitely be back. Sean was awesome, though he lied to me about not having a permanent marker lol jk. We all need a Sean in every major city. <3
Ideal location. Clean. Staff are friendly. A "shout out" to Sean. Coffee 24/7. I stayed in a dorm room four nights. There were comfortable bunk beds. Four guests share one bathroom. I want to stay there again and enjoy Boston.
Beware! This hotel charged me twice for two nights in September 19 and 20; once on the credit card I made the reservation with, and then asked me again to pay when I checked in (which I did with another card). Each day was $334.33. They overcharged me $668.66.

sean is the definition of hospitality at its finest. so genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. if only other establishments could get some training and life lessons from him. as for the hotel, i was more than happy with my room. while it was small, i was expecting this since i had read other reviews. having stayed at plenty of other euro-style spots with tight rooms, i was v impressed with the smart layout so it did not physically feel cramped at all. like a perfectly designed dorm room except much much nicer. huge fan of the blackout curtains and shower. location can't be beat either. tysm!! i love u
