When we arrived, we misread the hours and thought we had over an hour to eat instead of maybe 20 minutes. Since we had never eaten at this restaurant, it was not enough time to learn the process and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, we were taking our time and suddenly informed that they were closing. They were polite, but we were disappointed.
I think the food has great potential. What we were able to eat tasted OK, but we needed time to learn the sauces and experiment with flavors.
