We dine often at Neighbor's, and I've reviewed them a few times. Our last couple of dining experiences have been less than expected by a restaurant known for its quality of food and friendly service . . . from the standpoint of food presentation, quantity of sides (chips), and even ambiance. Making it easy, tonight my husband and I ordered the same thing, and one of his reliable faves - the "Smoked Ham and Cheddar" sandwich. It is a simple sandwich stacked tightly on mouth-wateringly rich bread, but it makes a big impression on the palette and tummy. The chips were 'whole', rather than the pile of tiny broken pieces and slivers we've had the last couple of times we've dined here. Our dinner was quite enjoyable.
