We really enjoys our time at paradise resort and spa

We are satisfied that you respond to our demand that request room close to the marina ....We do the boat sailing and water jet sky...great memorial moments

Please have your technical team to remove all the wood panel out of the refrigerator cabinet ...for the refrigerator be able to do cooling job ...
Your are trunking the refrigerator in an enclose wood cabinet..like a murderer ..

Should have special discount for those customers that visit frequently ( repeatedly ) every summer

Thanks

We splurged and got a bayside room. I highly recommend this as your option. I'm sure the other rooms are nice but when you can open your door and get the breeze from the Bay and watch the boats, it is so amazing! Nice thick bushes separate the small patio area between rooms so it feels very private. The sunset was amazing. We then went to the main pool for a night swim. The kids had a great time and then we made s'mores by the lava rock fire pit by the main pool (not sure if we were suppose to do that but it worked). The main pool has a ton of kids in the summer. If you want a more quiet relaxing pool there are others to go to but they are smaller but just as nice. We went to the Lagoon Pool when we first arrived and there were probably only 15 people there and it has a Jacuzzi also. Plan ahead for eating. There aren't a lot of options and the restaurants get busy. We went to Barefoot for an early dinner and had great service but did have to wait awhile for our food. However, the view is of the Bay, the waitress brought snacks for the kids, and our drinks were always full so overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I am delighted to read your review and learn more about your stay. I would agree with you that the sunset is truly amazing and I'm happy that you enjoyed our location, the ocean breeze and our many pools! While our restaurants do get busy, I hope your family enjoyed the sea life lagoon at Barefoot! Please come back and visit soon.

Sincerely,

Pricey for the stay but it was during Comic Con so to be expected. Would suggest front desk people to review what the resort has to offer at check in. The pools and beach are nice. And the location is very convenient.

Making a reservation for the days needed was an issue. I had to call to book for the days needed. Other people I traveled with had to do the same but they received a lower rate with the resort fee waived. A week before check in we called and asked for our rooms to be joining. We called an hour before we arrived to confirm and we were informed that they would try. Our room was not ready until after 4pm. However, everyone else in our party was ready before that. We were no where near joining the room we requested. If we had to wait to have our room be close to the room we requested then I could have understood, but this was not the case.

Overall, the reservation experience, check in experience, and check in time could have all been improved. I do not understand why there is a charge for both parking and a resort fee. It seems excessive especially since each room already has an assigned space. The hotel was nice, but my experience would seriously impair me returning or recommending it to anyone.

Dear Ericaa242018, we want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning your check-in issues. We pride ourselves in maintaining five star service for our guests and it seems we fell short of this during your stay. While we do not guarantee requests, it is certainly our goal to fulfill all of our guest requests. We hope your party was able to enjoy many of our complimentary summer activities while on property!

Enjoyed my first visit to the hotel very much. My only disappointment was not being able to check in a little early. Rooms and property are beautiful. Loved the coffee bar in the lobby. Nice to walk around the area and just enjoy the benefits..
