OK, Robbers’s Roost is a fairylike and dreamy place where you can read a book and the garden is well kept. But my macchiato was not super for the price we paid and the service was not overly friendly. So, let’s not exaggerate the ratings : 3***.

We stopped in for coffee and we were glad we did. Coffee was fresh, strong and delicious! Also had the yogurt parfait. It was equally satisfying. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere inside and outside of the restaurant. So glad we stopped.

We had been camping and came into town, wanting lunch and some time to catch up on the internet. It's a very pleasant place to do that. The coffee was, of course, excellent. The panini sandwich was OK but I thought the "wonder bread" texture of the bread was less than great. No matter, it was a charming break!

This place was great! Lovely and warm interior-the wood burning stove was going and it was comforting and inviting when coming-in from the morning chill.
They have many items like Honey Stinger gummies and bars. The kind of items one does not find in the run of the mill gas station. They have some high end clothing and great books. There were plenty of free resources too.
The breakfast was tasty and we were very happy with the to-go basket. Their banana bread is superb and their barbecue is a mix of stew/pulled beef. The portion is generous and probably enough for four.
Coffee was very good and the customer service was excellent. I would drop by anytime!!!

Friendly people in an inviting place, this is a welcoming spot to catch a light breakfast or a snack between meals, access wifi, enjoy the beautiful grounds, and browse a small but excellent collection of books and local crafts. The made-to-order specialty coffees are delicious as are the homemade scones and sweets. An iced chai tea on a warm day is wonderful with a lemon scone or any of the cookies offered. A laid-back stop for those who like taking time to appreciate the beauty around them. A good place, too, to get information about the area.
