Location is great, near Times Square so perfect to live the heart of NY city. Our room was small but clean and cozy, so we’re satisfied. The view from the window was spectacular, we loved that! The staff was kind and welcoming. It has been a great experience!More

The Experience is great since the rooms design is modern and minimalist , you definitely have all you need for a practical and confortable staying.
The rooms , bath and Common space is designed to use all the specific space and the experience is very good due to the natural light in the Room and the forniture contempo design.

Very pleased with overall experience. Yes, it was a small room, but we only needed a place to sleep and shower. Close to everything, clean room and linens, and felt safe. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the bunk bedroom with my daughter ( adult). Super tiny space, but clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint, the person who checked us in, barely acknowledged us. He did not look up or explain anything ( There are walking tours included in your stay, happy hour at the bar and a tricky elevator). Would have been nice to have had that information given. Great location though, Walking distance to Times Square.

The Location of the Hotel is great, just one Block from Times Square and right next to PABT. But they charge you a 20$ Facility Fee per day for no explainable extra service. The room will only be cleaned by request - you have to sign up in a list to get your room cleaned. I stayed in many hotels around the world, but never experienced such a thing.
Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Front desk, concierge, and housekeeping all on the same "how can we make you comfortable?" page. Able to access my room a bit earlier, wonderful perk as I was exhausted- and able to check out at time I requested with no fuss. Missed the "walkabout" - free!- on my check-in day, it was not offered on the day that would have been perfect (Thurs) which was a bit disappointing.
Suggestion- There are a number of free "winter shopping experiences" near Times Square in various neighborhoods- tried to get to one but got hopelessly lost on the subway- oh well. Have a few of these during the Holiday Season. Thanks!
