Stayed at the property Jan-16-18 and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the construction. The finish and decor are minimalist modern and very well appointed and given the lack of general space in NYC, the room was quite spacious and comfortable.

For those wanting to be close to Times Square, its a very short walk to the middle of it all. Its also walking distance from the Javitz Center, an uncommon convinience for that part of town.

The staff was awesome; from the reception staff to the bellman, they made my stay very comfortable and personal.

Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for a New York hotel, stop, you just found it. We stayed twice in February and again in March, and this hotel is a real gem, and we found it via everyone’s reviews on Trip Advisor, and how right they are. The beds are the most comfortable we have found in ANY hotel, some with a lot more stars than this hotel. They are truly sublime, (where do they get them from?) The staff are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble, it’s the sort of service you would only expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and the small kitchen really useful. Times Square, Broadway and 5th Avenue are a few minutes’ walk away. It’s true the lifts can be a bit slow at peak times (breakfast) but otherwise they are fine. The air conditioners are ‘beneath the window’ models and a bit noisy, but if you are looking for a modern room, comfort (those beds!), great service and good location, look no further. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for a low floor room so you can walk down at breakfast

The hotel had a great location, good size suite for two, very professional staff and power breakfast was just right. The only thing is that morning glare will surely wake you up because you cannot close the thick curtain. It's the way it's set up by the hotel and no rod or malfunctions to fix it.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in this hotel, one guy, Ray, whose first day it was, offered to remain past his time to keep an eye on our luggage - marvellous!
Beds comfy, plenty of pillows and added extras. Complimentary breakfast excellent and plentiful, and debris quickly cleared. Throughly recommended, except that 3 x twin rooms booked in July 2011, but only allocated 2 x doubles on arrival. 1 x twin became available, and were told a supplement to pay, but due to length of wait, extra charge was waivered. A sign of good management is to deal with a problem efficiently, which was what happened.
If ever we go back to NYC, this is where we shall stay!

Room Tip: Try for twin room as more space generally

We had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites Time Square. The location was great. Just a few short blocks from Times Square. The hotel was very clean - our housekeeper was awesome! The hotel, including the rooms, are as nice as they look on in the pictures. The daily breakfast was perfect. A great thing to have before we headed out the door for the day. We were only there for one of the evening happy hours, but it was also great. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the concierge quite a bit as well. They had many good ideas. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this hotel.
