Went here 2/12/2012 for a late dinner, ordered the bbq sampler, the ribs were good, brisket not so good, and the pulled pork just ok. All the food tasted as though it was just put in the oven and cooked, not smoke ring or flavor. The only sense of a bbq was the sauces that were at the table to put on the meat. So if you are in the Knox for REAL bbq (spoke cooked and smoked) I would recommend a different joint.
