Alex at the front desk was amazing and very welcoming. Explained all the details. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spectacular, great pressure. The roof top had amazing views of the city.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Arlo Midtown it was our second stay here. We can't fault the hotel for its location, comfy beds and cleanliness. We travelled with my two teenage daughters who also loves the hotel and especially enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar although the rooms were small the beds are comfy and very clean.
We had some issues with billing though which although caused us some stress was dealt with by the Amazing Sydney, he couldn't do enough for us to help resolve the issues and for that we are so grateful it made all the difference to us. Thank you Sydney !

Love the beds and ambiance!! The atmosphere in Nearly Ninth is amazing!! A wonderful trip with my granddaughter!! We will be back !!

You can't beat this location. You are in the middle of it all. We arrived early AM, and though there was a room available, they charge you an extra $40 to check-in early. However, the staff were kind and courteous. I even needed tampons, and they were able to deliver a few to my room. They were also able to arrange a car service to the airport, and called our room when it arrived. The rooftop had wonderful views. Cocktails were just OK. The cocktails at the 1st floor bar/restaurant were great though, and being able to grab a coffee on our way out at the Cafe by the lobby was convenient and good. I am interested in checking out the ARLO hotels next time.
