We arrived here on our first night...Started on the top floor with some amazing cocktails... Booked entry for 2nd floor which has a huge variety of cocktails and from 5-7 oysters for $1 dollar each. The decor is quirky. A great start to our visit. We would have stayed for dinner but we had other plans..,Arrive early to get entry to 2nd floor as they give you a buzzer to let you know when you have a table

Even having such high rate - this bar is friendly and relaxing. Cocktails and food menu just excellent.

Love the Dead Rabbit and it's worth the wait. Keep in mind the downstairs is the pub area. You need to put your name in with the bartender downstairs to be seated upstairs. It's usually about a 30 minute wait or so. Once you're upstairs it's very cozy and elegant. We ordered the chicken pot pie (to share) since we were a little hungry and two cocktails. The menu is impressive and several pages long. They brought us a sample cocktail while we were waiting. Enjoy.

Stopped by for lunch after a quick trip to Staten Island on the ferry. Fish and chips, dead rabbit burger, and gnocchi were incredible. Good atmosphere and service. We will go back again!

Visited on a recommendation from a friend. Very busy downstairs but friendly service nonetheless. Reserved a seat upstairs in 'The Parlour' upon arrival. We had to wait in the corridor before being welcomed in for cocktails, this only added to the experience. Great service from welcoming staff. $1 Oysters added to the experience and the comic book cocktails made for a memorable visit. Highly recommended for something different in NYC!
