A hidden gem allowing you to see architecture and parts of New York from a different perspective. Peaceful and pleasant way to spend an afternoon strolling along this raised walkway on disused train tracks. The sculptures are unusual and worth a look as are the stalls and shops on the way.

I enjoyed walking down the nice, relaxing path of The High Line. The path was covered with trees, flowers, and interesting plants. Also, the scenery surrounding The High Line was beautiful. Recommended for summer day-trips.

Three generations have enjoyed The High Line each time we have come to NYC and it has improved each time. The walking is so wonderful...no curbs, no cross-traffic, no doggie messes. You can walk further and faster without crossing the streets! The views are great both ways (city and river) There is a unique play area up near the railroad yards that the girls enjoyed. Lots of places to sit and rest if needed.

Really a nice place to walk and enjoy the city. And if u need a toilet there where one I think too. You don’t have to pay for walking there and it felt safe too.

We walked the entire High Line on one of the coldest days and it was absolutely worth it! Great view of the Hudson River and an interesting walk through a great area.
