This busy, little Turkish restaurant on Amsterdam Ave. is a gem of a place to run into from the pouring rain. As was the case for us recently.
We were made welcome immediately and offered service quickly even though the place was extremely busy.
We had some delicious humous and bread , a pizza, a chicken kebab that was incredibly tender and tasty. A couple of other side dishes too.
It was great value for money for food of good quality.
We will be back there in a day or two for sure.

Thank Hiheffs

After an hour perusing restaurant menus on line for recommended restaurants in the neighborhood where were staying (upper West Side), my teenage traveling companions and I agreed on Bodrums. I was happy with their Mediterranean options - the girls were happy with the "gourmet" pizzas. And the ambiance was cozy, the service excellent.

Well prepared Mediterranean food with a Turkish accent and a wide range of pizzas are what draws in a steady clientele for lunch (with more than a few moms and kids) and dinner. A destination? Probably not, but a great asset for the neighborhood if you are looking for good food decently priced and thoughtfully served.

Bodrum is a small Turkish restaurant which offers a variety of Mediterranean food. There is a nice assortment of appetizers and great warm Turkish bread!
Friends are not adventurous so we ordered Babaghanoush, salad, pizza and chicken shish kabob cooked to perfection! Dessert was baklava- not too sweet - perfect!
This is a small restaurant and a local favorite.
Prices are very reasonable! Will return if in the area!
