“The brunch is memorable!”
Reviewed 22 April 2012

Chic place on the lower east side - a great place to grab brunch after visting the Tenement Museum. Have the spiny lobster benedict - it's fantastic!! Small plates so lots of choices to share and explore - the pierogies with caramilized onions and truffle creme fraiche are delicious and so are the spicy lamb souvlakis.

“It Does Not Get Better”

From festive LES atmosphere to the most amazing American tapas (hello corndog that is actually filled with crab or french onion soup dumplings to donuts and dipping sauce?!), this is and still remains a winner.

“Great Food and Drink!”
Reviewed 22 April 2012

I've been here a couple of times, everything we order on the menu has been amazing and they always accommodate the size of the plates for your party size. Food is decently priced for a nice NYC restaurant. Drinks can be pricier, but very good and about average for NYC. Highly recommend...make reservations in advance!

“Very Memorable Food”
Reviewed 19 April 2012

The portions aren't huge but this is more of an experience in tasting than an hour at the olive garden. The chef is amazing and nice (got to meet him through a friend). This is the restaurant that put this neighborhood on the gastronimic map.

“Rushed”
Reviewed 13 April 2012

This restaurant had come recommended when we were taking a quick trip to NYC. We had reservations well in advance and we tried the sampling menu, which in our experience have always been relaxing and a treat trying different dishes. However they just kept slapping all the dishes on the table within a few minutes. We couldn't even come close to keeping up, the table was jammed, everything got cold quickly and we were far from relaxed. They were obviously trying to rush us through. Disappointing because it could have been a nice meal.
