Fantastic stay

We love the hotel and the staff. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. They have different areas in the hotel that we got to enjoy. The food was exquisite. We definitely recommend it. We will come back and hopefully stay a little longer.

Amazing Arlo

Just returned from a 5 day break with my 3 daughters. The hotel smells divine, lovely cosy rooms, lovely friendly staff, and in a great part of town.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for another visit as we weren’t ready to leave.

Al is amazing

I was travelling around NYC all the way from Australia by myself for the first time and stayed at Arlo soho for one of the weeks I was there. There was a problem with payment and Al went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated for and take care of me; giving me breakfast vouchers, drink vouchers and leaving a little something in my room with the most thoughtful letter.
All the staff at the lobby were friendly and helpful and really made my stay pleasant and enjoyable and I cannot to come stay here again!!

Amazing Stay!

Amazing stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly! Beautiful hotel, plus it smells phenomenal! The modern looks and aesthetic screams the perfect New York stay. Easy check out process too! Deff would come back.

Visit in NY

This is our first time in NY and had a great time at Arlo Soho Hotel, thanks to Damar at the reception !
This Hotel is at a really good place to discover the city by foot and have a dinner in Chinatown.
