Have just returned from New York and a stay at this hotel. Some have criticized the breakfast queues and size of rooms etc but for us it was an overall good experience. We queued, for a few minutes, on a couple of days but we normally got seated within a couple of minutes. The hotel is very busy and located, ideally, just off of Times Square.
The rooms are compact, without a doubt, but you rarely go to a city break to experience a large bedroom! The rooms are functional and clean, the bathrooms are very good and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is as you'd expect.
The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel is very nice. The people at the front desk very accommodating. The was smaller smaller than we thought. The location excellent. The room was clean. The view wonderful. Overall it was a very good trip.

was all good until I didn’t receive my deposit of £150 back! (room was left perfectly spotless) emailed and phoned up several time and no answer! extremely disappointed with the service received! a whole month later and still no answer or help on how to receive my refund back. Very poor service :(

Hotel is brilliantly situated on the edge of Times Square. All staff were so friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in our price and it was superb with a huge range to suit every taste. Would definitely use this hotel again should I return to New York.
