Was quite appalled at the lack of fridge, lack of tea and coffee sachets, hot water flask - basic amenities i would expect in a hotel located in Manhattan.... Also our room has a very big aircon that groans noisily throughout the day and had seen better days in the 1970s? Corners of the room was dusty and sneeze-inducing. the bed was far too soft and had bad support. toilet was too small, similar to that of the size one would expect to get at a budget hotel. wardrobe had a musty smell. Lifts were slow and too small. If you decide to stay, dont have too high an expectation...
The saving graces are the friendly staff. and a beautiful reception area. The gym is clean and has modern equipment, not to mention a fruit basket with bananas, apples etc.More
