Nice stay

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 4 weeks agovia mobile
Beautiful place to stay, clean, and convenient to anywhere in town.
The staff are nice and helpful. Check-in and out was quick. Naomy and Lannie are super customer service. We love the spa and pool outdoors, there were closed most of the activities nearby were because of the weather, but we enjoyed our stay for a couple of days getaway.

The resort was great but what it truly made a difference was the amazing people that work there...Manny, Mario, Hayden and even the housekeeping ladies were beyond amazing to us. We arrived there on 6/8 on since the moment we arrived Mario welcomed us and he and Manny (Mgr) were super friendly...check in was super easy and fast. We will be back soon Thank you!!!

Great place to stay in Mammoth at a fare price. Inside parking to escape bears and cold. Very clean place, have stayed here many time's. I am not a Skier so I have no idea what the area is like in the winter but parking in a heated underground garage must be a big plus. Thank You Juniper Springs.
God Bless You Lannie .❤️

We had a wonderful time with family over Memorial Day weekend skiing and exploring the area. Great heated pool and spas, well stocked kitchen, balcony overlooking mountains and trails. Beds were comfortable including the fold out bed kids slept on in our one bedroom. Family of four. We grilled burgers outside, great vibes terrific cleaning staff (Santa and Lupita) and front desk staff. Second time here, same time of year (end of season lift and lodging bundle), and plan to be back, all the way from Florida. Thanks!

Hotel was big, with the rooms having a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Room was a little dated with furniture being slightly damaged. We had a balcony which overlooked the car park, rooms overlooking pool would have been better. The pool was fabulous, we had it all to ourselves as hotel seemed empty. Parking underground which was nice and direct access into lobby. Fabulous supermarket in town about a 5 min drive. Really well stocked with everything and open long hours. The resort was very very empty with some shops closed. We went on scenic gondola and loads of snow and people skiing. Stunning scenery. Gondola about 10 mins from hotel.
In ski season can imagine the resort would be bustling.
We enjoyed our stay.
