I visited Independence Hall while chaperoning my son's middle school trip. It is really amazing to actually visit this place where the nation was born. The tours are well done, and do a good job of conveying the historical significance of the site. I strongly recommend.

I came here on Easter Sunday at noon and found that all the tickets to get inside were sold out. I went back the next day at 11 am and still found that all the tickets were sold out. Everything was also sold out online. The outside of the building looks nice, but make sure you prepare ahead of time!

Stopped in and saw everything in about 20 min. Didn't realize that we could get the national passport stamps here because it is not listed in the passport or the passport app.

The entrance is free, which is great, but you need to keep in mind that you will be body-searched. After that, on the left, you'll see a few boards with information about the Liberty Bell, and on the end of the aisle, there is 'the Bell'. This place is great if you want to learn more about the independency of the United States of America.

Good tour of the the signature building where both the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were debated and signed. Unfortunately our tour was crowded with loud, young kids so the Park Ranger was difficult to hear at times although her presentation seemed very good. Amazing to see the actual place and furniture where such important moments took place.
