Hey. It's a just mediocre statue of a sawed-off actor who wrote, directed, and starred in a great movie about a plucky Philadelphia pugilist. Can't believe that some local people actually got upset when the Philadelphia Museum of Art asked that this "artwork" NOT be located at the top of the famous steps, front and center. However, located as it is down the steps and off to the right a bit, the Rocky Statue is a destination for visitors and a great place to show the world your armpits!
