The Warwick Hotel has gone down hill since it went independent. My wife and I stayed here Friday night. We called ahead to ask about parking options and the front desk told us we could self park for $44 or valet for $52. We pulled into the self park and the valet told us there was no self park option and the front desk must have "lied" ?!?!? He asked us for cash and the valet rate so we backed out and left. When we pulled up to the front of the hotel the same valet guy came running out and said he "forgot" they do have both options and he would take it around for us regardless of what option we take. He was obviously trying to hustle us when we first arrived and now back peddling. We checked in and then self parked at the Westin a few blocks away, it's a better rate, they have spots separated by walls and honest employees. Our room was #914, it was small and had no view at all. You could hear everything that went on in the hallway from our bed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. It was hard to sleep in this bed /room. My wife spent 15 minutes wiping down the room when we checked in because the housekeeping was average at best. There were no tissues or toilet paper when we arrived so we called for some. They showed up with no tissues or toilet paper but lots of towels. They came back with toilet paper and on the third try got the tissues too. The hotel and our room showed wear and tear and quick fixes. This hotel was in much better shape when the Radisson ran it. The hotel coffee shop/cafe was closed Friday and Saturday. There are no food vending machines on the 9th floor and the cafe was closed so you we couldn't even get a small snack inside the hotel. The staff was nice and the location is great. Check out was at noon but they allowed us to stay until 1:00 with no extra fee. We stay in the Rittenhouse Square area often and there are several other hotels in the same price range that are a much better value.

Room tip: Room 914 has no view at all and you can hear everything that goes on in the hall.

Wonderful park right around the corner from this hotel. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and very relaxing. Loved the lobby area. Nice place to people watch. All of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

My son and I spent 3 nights from July 23 to July 26, 2018 at the Warwick Rittenhouse and we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and was extremely clean. We had dinner on the first night because we were tired. Room service was great thanks to Ray who treated us like royals. I would also like to thank Emily, a manager at the hotel--thanks for booking the best room and making our stay memorable.

We also found the staff extremely helpful, especially Steve the concierge. Steve was there for us during our entire stay - he directed us to the best restaurants, booked a tour and so much more.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends who intend to visit Philly.

Room tip: We were on the 10th floor and it was extremely quiet.

This boutique hotel is situated in one of Philly’s best downtown neighborhoods — highly walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel lobby is very modern and elegant, but it is the pleasantness of the staff that most impressed me. The young woman who checked me in offered some dining recommendations that proved quite helpful. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to the 11th floor, which offered access to the Lounge for breakfast. The room itself was adequate — it was small, somewhat dark, and the bed had a sagging mattress. The air conditioning unit was loud and an annoyance throughout the evening. A few electrical sockets did not appear to be working, and the small room window looked out to a brick wall only a few feet away. The free breakfast was very nice, and the staff hosting the Lounge were very friendly. The location, excellent staff, and great price make this hotel worth a return trip despite the room conditions.

A wonderful hotel with a great price point and good value for the money. Perfect location. Has THE BEST concierge we’ve ever encountered, Steve. No sitting behind a desk for him. He’s constantly roaming the lobby greeting people and always with friendly, helpful recommendations, directions or just an entertaining conversation. He makes this hotel the primo place that it is.
