Kids especially liked the chance to climb the tower and enjoy the view from above. It's a nice monument with a panoramic view.

located atop Little Round Top= this is a cool place to climb and view the battlefield below. does get crowded during peak times and the stairs are narrow- but worth the effort.

Nice monument that you can climb the steps for a better view of the surrounding area and Devils Den. Gets crowded in the summer. Fall is a nicer time to visit especially for Seniors that may mind the heat and humidity of summer. Less crowded and few kids in Fall also.

Very cool to see. Looks like a small castle on little round top. You can also take the stairs to go to the top to get a great view of the battlefield and devils den. Go when the sun is coming down for a great view also.

We stopped here along our Auto Tour and walked the 100 steps or so to the monument and climbed up in the small tower for a better view of the battlefields below. A very nice monument for the New Yorkers who fought in the war. Ample pull out parking.
