This was our first ever stay at a B&B, and we really enjoyed it! The house was beautiful! The building and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the deck off the back of the house over-looking the garden. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed chatting with fellow guests about traveling. The owner was very helpful with suggestions of things to do around town, as well as attractions to avoid. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add an exterior light to the back entrance by the parking area. We arrived late and were struggling to find our way in the rain, in the dark from the back alley. We would definitely stay here again.

We picked this inn not really knowing anything about it other than the reviews. We were not disappointed. The inn is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with large private baths. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, etc. The breakfasts were wonderful as well as the fun historical talks before. We looked forward to the fresh baked goods in the afternoon.

What a wonderful Inn. The gardens and porch are beautiful and so relaxing. The location to the center of town is perfect. The breakfasts were delicious and the baked goods in the evening were a lovely treat. The Inn keepers were so welcoming and helpful with making your visit extra enjoyable! It was a delight to meet the other guests at the Inn too and share some time with them over breakfast. The Inn was very clean, well maintained and beautiful!

So glad my friend recommended this B&B - my husband and I had a wonderful weekend with the Gaslight Inn being our perfect 'home base'. Location was fantastic - we walked everywhere in town (restaurants, shopping, sights) but the inn was off the main street by a block so it was quiet. The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating, the inn was beautiful top to bottom, our room (June Rose) was perfect, private bathrooms, a/c was COLD, breakfasts and cookies were delicious, balconies and patio were so nice to relax on, and back garden was beautiful. The summary of the battle in each room was so helpful to read through before heading out to the battle field (at least for me to get a refresher of what went on in those 3 days). Simply perfect place to stay. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
