Good selection of diner style meals as well as wonderful, freshly baked pies. Fairly fast service by friendly staff members.

A diner is normally a safe bet for a quick, reasonable, tasty meal. Not so, the Lincoln Diner. Abe must be turning over in his grave over the use of his name for this unsavory eating establishment.
There was quite a crowd and few tables available so we figured we could get a good meal here. As we grabbed a table we noticed the filthy carpet with ground-in food that appeared to have been there for quite a while. The table and menus were sticky. The food was so-so but very inexpensive. Multiple ceiling tiles were stained and the booths were battered.
This diner is not handicap friendly. The bathrooms are downstairs and also not very clean or well-kept.
We would not stop here again and frankly advise anyone else to avoid it also.

Gettysburg is located on the original highway 30 route. We thought the diner would be a real throw back in time. The decor is more of the 50’s era. However the menu is not and nothing else (uniforms, etc.) give any feel of the 50’s. Good for a quick bite to eat. But not the nostalgic experience we were looking for when we walked in.

Decent place, decent good, decent prices. Staff was friendly. There is some parking behind the building, fills up fast though. Breakfast was not bad, recommend their omelettes. The French toast was good but a small portion, their ham is very salty. Moderately clean (meaning not bad but could be better). I like that they are 24/7, one of the few places you can get food later at night, so that's a big plus.

Really yummy sandwiches and fries. I very much enjoyed the Rueben.

The desserts looked amazing. But sadly, they were a bit average. Skip the extra calories or get a malt or shake instead.
