Stayed here while my daughter was at orientation overnight at UNF. It seems to be a slightly older hotel(there are spots outside and inside where repairs are in the process of being done or need to be done)but is still quite nice.
Prices are reasonable and I got a single for 79 bucks for the night, far below what most places were charging for similar.
Room had all of the expected amenities such as desk, TV, hair dryer, iron, etc.
Bed was comfortable even though the pillows were rather small.
Surprising omission was there was no alarm clock I could locate in the room.
Most important thing was that the room was CLEAN. I don’t require newest in my stays, but uncleanliness is one thing I can’t forgive or tolerate.
It has a bar, which unfortunately the desk agent did not tell me about during check in, so I didn’t check it out. It did look nice when I saw it at breakfast the next morning.
Breakfast was errantly told to me and other guests to be 6-9 (its 6:30-9:30, so we had a line of people waiting outside this am for breakfast. But it was good, hot, and had something for everyone (waffles, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, toasts, juices, and coffee)
Nice place to stay for the night.More
