This is still not the best seafood of place to write about. It's really above the rest in the inner Harbors. Lobster mac and cheese was really the worst.

The table service was great but into the restaurant is some what sad. They had us waiting for 15 minutes because the wanted to appear full. It wasn't and we waited until we decide to go somewhere else. Then there were multiple options to be seated.

Stumbled here for dinner by accident. Had the ahi tuna & calamari which was excellent as starters. Best calamari we've ever had! For dinner we split the chef"s feature stuffed soft shell crab. Best flavor ever. This is a must try. Dessert was yellow cake with chocolate frosting with vanilla almond ice cream, sounds not as exciting as other desserts but was the cherry on top to our dining experience! The bread & homemade mayo sauce was also a winner! Put this on your list to visit, you will not be disappointed or go away hungry!

My husband and I walked over to the Rusty Scupper from the American Visionary Art Museum to have just a bowl of Maryland Crab soup. We were early for the dinner hour, were warmly welcomed, and had the service of an attentive and efficient waiter. The soup, served with a basket of bread, was delicious. Our table by the window had a charming view of the marina outside. We had a very satisfying experience.

We took Express Lunch with trout for $19, it included soup and salad. It was good, I would recommend it. We also enjoyed a million-dollar view of Baltimore port.

We ate here on our first night in Baltimore. The service was great - I highly recommend the mussels with spicy marinara sauce. This restaurant sits right on the inner harbor so the view was spectacular. They also had very good crab cakes!
