Visited Baltimore on Christmas holidays..was finding a nice restaurant to dine while I visited Inner harbor..lucky to choose this restaurant as the food there has heavenly taste...the view is beautiful and the service is super awesome...only the price is higher than the premium that one can pay for the food and ambiance..

Everything about Rusty Scupper was amazing. I had a beautiful view of the water , was served the freshest seafood and the complimentary Birthday dessert was a added bonus to an already perfect dinner. The pumpkin cheesecake was to die for

As always, our meals were outstanding. From the booking, to the hostess, to the waitstaff, to the Manager visiting our table- the evening could not have been better! Additionally, the view of the harbor is incredible from this location.

We have heard about this place for years and decided to give it a try.

There is a parking garage next to the restaurant. The restaurant will validate your parking ticket but you will still be charged a fee. Our two hours of parking cost $9.00.

There is a great view of the Inner Harbor from the restaurant. Get a table next to the windows. If you like to walk, there is ample walking space that wraps around the Inner Harbor. On a nice sunny day, it is quite an enjoyable experience.

We had stopped by last week for dessert. We did not like our waitress during that experience and asked that we have a different waiter this week.

I ordered a Caesar Salad to start, along with a bottled import beer. We were given some bread, along with a dipping sauce. My wife ordered a salad with Salmon. I ordered the Salmon BLT, with the Sweet Potato French Fries.

The Salmon with both of our dishes was remarkably good. The Sweet Potato French Fries were excellent. The Salmon BLT and fries is $17.00. The imported beer is almost $8.00 per bottle. Our total bill was $87.00 with tip.

We had dessert the previous Wednesday. Overall, it was excellent.
