Excellent staff and hotelNice hotel and staff. They have a nice breakfast. Across the street you have Logans steak house and Fiday's. Then about a mile down the street you have all kinds of restaruants.

Very good staff. Friendly and welcome. Courtesy shuttle was waiting when we came out of airport. It’s so nice to not have to wait for transportation after a long travel day. Good location with dining and shopping nearby. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice complimentary breakfast to start the next day.

We are frequent travelers and have stayed in Hampton Inns across the country. We like them because they are consistently clean and comfortable, and because breakfast is included in the reasonable price. Although clean and comfortable, this Hampton Inn did not meet the standards we are used to. The air conditioner in room 337 was obnoxiously loud. We tried leaving it off, but with 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the room it quickly became uncomfortably warm. It was frustrating to have to choose between cool and quiet. The other issue was the inadequacy of the lobby/breakfast area. The front desk and the kitchen were starkly understaffed. They seemed ill-equipped to handle the 50+customers in the breakfast area. We were in this area 3 times between 8 and 10 am and EACH time they were out of coffee (and it was refilled in between). Why does such a large hotel have such a tiny breakfast area? The overflowing trash cans, spills in the floor and un-wiped tables were not what I expect in a Hampton Inn. More staff is clearly needed on the weekends, there just weren’t enough people to attend to these needs. The front desk clerk was having to leave her post to refill the coffee station. I hope that this is an irregularity on a weekend with an unexpected high number of guests!

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced this weekend. I have let maintenance know about the a/c being loud so he can get it fixed. You are absolutely correct, this past weekend was an unexpectedly busy weekend. That is not an excuse, and definitely not how business is handled here at the Hampton Inn Fort Smith. This will be addressed with each department accordingly. I hope you do not allow this to change your outlook on Hampton Inn, and hope you give us a chance to redeem ourselves in the future.

If I’m not mistaken, this is a redone hotel. The rooms are remodeled. And the insides are nice.
I like the tables in the room that give extra room to put things on.
All the amenities are well done here.
Breakfast too.

Rooms are updated and clean. My room was quiet and AC excellent. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Shuttle to airport is convenient - less than 10 minute trip. The included breakfast is good.
