The Savoy is such a treat for those who appreciate traditional Italian food. I had not been in Rome in a number of years so I was thrilled to discover their Veal Piccata was as expertly prepared as it was in the past.
The menu has enough of a variety for each member of your party to find something they like.

The pizza here is solid. It isn't special, but it's done right. The smallest you can get is 16", which is pretty large, but they price them like what I'd see at home for a 10" pizza. We were very happy to end a long day on our bicycles at the Savoy.

Small after funeral buffet. The greens were mostly stems with little specks of green.
The chicken riggies had no chicken. One of the guests said he found these little bits of something. Maybe that was the chicken? Penne pasta overcooked. The antipasto was basically a large salad with tuna fish in it. The wine was good.
Staff very nice.

I have enjoyed many items on the Savoy menu and have not been disappointed. There is a good variety to choose from. Save room for desert. Go on a Friday or Saturday night for the best live piano ever. Highly recommended.
